Workshop: Advanced Descriptive Analysis

This 3 day course is designed for experienced panel leaders or administrators from all consumer product industries. Ideal for professionals who wish to

  discuss challenging issues encountered with an established panel and advanced descriptive analysis topics, and
  improve their current descriptive programs and/or practices.

Prerequisite: Have trained a descriptive panel or have managed a descriptive program

A few of the topics/issues addressed are:

  Descriptive project flow. Discussion of all the steps from team meetings to panel feedback. Are you effectively completing each step?
  Issues involved in tackling new products and new product dimensions by an established descriptive panel
  Adding panelists to the existing panel pool. Issues and recommended practices
  Challenging panel issues: experienced panel’s group dynamics, panel feedback, motivation and maintenance, and complex panel scenarios
  Strengths and weaknesses of different descriptive lexicons
  Application of descriptive analysis beyond R&D. How to benefit other projects, groups and interaction within and outside your company (clients or suppliers).

These and other relevant topics will be addressed in this intensive 3 day workshop.
